C is for Cheep Cheep

The first fish to finagle its flippers in the Mushroom Kingdom sea. Honestly I had a lot of trouble with this guy growing up. Not as much as a blooper, but still. It was fun to give him some iridescent qualities to his scales. That's why I like this challenge; it gives me the chance to make these characters more unique and detailed.
